passionate and committed personality who is actively and wholeheartedly involved in
the development of the school since last 22 years.
Mr. Aneja is a perfect example of
zest,grit, self control and social intelligence. Being a post graduate in business
administration,he efficiently and effectively manages the Tagore group.he is a
creative individual who believes in devising different training methods and goals
for each employee of TISSS. His great leadership and management skills have made
Tagore group stand as diversified and renowned educational institution of Punjab.
It is only under his expert guidance, Tagore has grown by leaps and bounds and
saga still continues. He always gives his team ,the confidence to think beyond
the traditional ways.
He helps them to develop their fullest potential by
supplying them with wings and encouraging them to soar. He has been honoured
with A+ ranking for best infrastructure awarded by FAP.

Designated as Managing Director of Tagore International School, Mrs. Swati Aneja is an
inspiring personality and plays a pivotal role in the development of the school for last 22
years. She is a true leader, a farsighted visionary, a renowned educationist and an avid
philanthropist. Her dream is to see all her students turn into a success story.
Mrs. Aneja is Masters in English, who is guide to all the children and staff members.
Rich in experience, she shares her profound knowledge in the subject to enhance its
implementations and learning in the child. Her career dawned in the year 2001 as the founder
of Tagore International School, Sahnewal and since then she has never looked back.
What started then as a one room operation is today a diversified group that includes
mosts loved school and the fastest growing chain of schools in Punjab, Haryana & Himachal
Pradesh under the aegis of Tagore Group of Schools.
It is an inspiration to see her
commitment for Tagore Group of Schools with the same zeal as in her past year. She rigourously
works to provide the best and highly qualified teachers to the institution to impart
education for the comprehensive and challenging curriculum. At present she is heading 7 schools
as Director and Academician. She is highly sought after speaker and motivator who has conducted
countless seminars and workshops on success, motivation and parenting.
In her tips on positive parentinig, she reiterates that children should be given unconditional love
and should be brought up with positive emotions.
A great humanitarian, Mrs. Aneja's inborn values of human respect and integrity has compelled her
to work for the upliftment of society through generous activities. To bring human dignity to those
who need our help the most, she started an NGO Goonj. The NGO works towards alleviating the pain of the
needy and downtrodden in the society that includes women and girls. With warmth, love and care
she has been consistently working to help sections of the society become self-sufficient.
Mrs.Aneja has been awarded with A+ ranking for best infrastrucure by FAP. She has received various
certificates and awards for contributing in the field of education. She has received the letter of
appreciation and certificate of recognition by Chandigarh University for providing quality
education.
