The school has a planned house system. Students are divided into four houses—Beas, Ganga, Satluj, and Yamuna—and each house is headed by a House Master, assisted by a group of teachers. The house system fosters leadership, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy competition among students. It provides opportunities for students to take on responsibilities, develop organizational skills, and build camaraderie with their peers. Regular house meetings and interactive sessions encourage students to contribute ideas and participate actively in various events. Special recognition and awards are given to the outstanding house based on overall performance throughout the year.
The houses compete in a wide variety of fields like dance, music, debates, quizzes, and sports. The students wear T-shirts associated with their house on all Wednesdays, Saturdays, and during the Annual Athletic Meet. Each house maintains its own notice and display boards. To maintain discipline in the school, each house is put on duty for one week in rotation.
